I love the tip you shared to freeze it for 5 min! I made treats the weekend and it was suggested to let it set 5 min. I tried that method but mine still floated to the top! I am going to try your suggestion next!

Absolutely beautiful I just purchased my molds from Amazon. I have a party next weekend how far in advance can I make them and would I be able to store them in the refrigerator a week before I work full-time and it’s a large order

question, ive read that doing 15+ intervals on white chocolate can burn it… is it true?

You can definitely burn your white chocolate at any intervals. But I found that this works best for me. But you have to keep a close eye on it. Make sure not to over heat it. The goal is to heat it up just enough.
