〈English is below〉 こんにちは🥰 動画をご覧くださりありがとうございます✨ 材料についての補足も合わせてご確認くださいね🥣 粉糖はオリゴ糖入りがおすすめですがコーンスターチ入りでも問題ありません。 純粉糖はダマになりやすいのでアイシングに向いていません🙅🏻‍♀️ リーズナブルで入手しやすい乾燥卵白をご紹介しましたが、やや卵臭が気になります😞 Wiltonメレンゲパウダーは扱いやすく香りもよく軽い食感で個人的にはおすすめ✨同じ分量でOKです🙆🏻‍♀️(もちろん濾しています!) 生の卵白は保存性に欠けるのでおすすめしません🥚 粉糖、乾燥卵白、お水の分量は正確に計りましょう😊 Please know that English is not my native language, and I may make some confusing mistakes...🙏🏻✨✨ I usually use Wilton meringue powder. I like the scent and texture and easy to handle. I always strain any kind of meringue powder before combining it with powdered sugar. It is important to accurately measure powdered sugar, meringue powder, and water.

アイシングクリームの保存に絞り袋という発想はなかったので目から鱗です✨ 空気には触れないし、使う時には出しやすいし最高!今後はこの方法で保存します! 思ったのですが、乾燥卵白が多いとどうなりますか?

hola!😆Gracias por tu comentario. Japón también es básicamente húmedo, pero siempre uso esta receta. Sin embargo, durante la temporada de lluvias y el verano, se seca con un deshidratador.🍪
