You’re an awesome instructor. I am a chef and we didn’t learn these helpful tips in culinary school. I destroyed many dishes before I perfected salmon and other fish.
Beautiful presentation! I prefer grilled asparagus with mine. I have made salmon this way without the OLD BAY SEASONING and SALT. I use Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning and Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb seasoning or Italian Herb seasoning. It tastes Heavenly!! Yours look Heavenly and scrumptious as well. Those are some great looking cuts of salmon. I was excited when you said to add honey. I tried honey with balsamic vinegar on my salmon and it was delicious.

So I just finished cooking this recipe and it was delicious. I didn’t add the lemon zest but with the juice from a whole lemon the flavor really came through. I swapped out chopped green onions for the parsley and it was great. The salmon was moist and flaky and I served it over a bed of rice. Delicious!!!!!
I made that just like video and I never could eat salmon, but that recipe was👍and the honey added was perfect and that's the only way I can eat salmon.
This salmon looks like it was taken out of HEAVEN!!! The waterfalls have just turned on into my mouth. I definitely need to try this with some asparagus on the side.

I attempted this yesterday and well sent my daughter to the store to get me 2 lemons and she came bacc with everything but lemons.. My salmon was practically done so we ate it as is... Was still good. Moist and very well seasoned. I have to try the lemon sauce. That was my entire purpose of getting the salmon 😆

OH My!!!!!!! This is soo D*** good. Oooo-Wee. I usually get my Salmon from Costco. They have Salmon steaks with basil butter. I always cook with butter. So I followed your instructions and at the end when you added more butter to the sauce I used the basil butter and a little fresh garlic. It is absolutely perfect😋😋😋😋😋😋😋😋.. I have sautéed garlic green beans and a cold glass of White Zinfadel...... You really should have your own cooking show...
