Made this salsa last night with Poblano peppers. Great flavor and so easy. I used an immersion blender for a chunkier consistency. This recipe makes a LOT of salsa.
Chef Tom- looks delicious! I absolutely enjoy whipping up salsas with whatever I have handy, but rest assured that they ALWAYS begin with fire. After that…well, it depends on the end user. If my younger grandkids are on the radar, I MAY throttle it down a little, but they’re all daredevils anyway, so …. Thank you for sharing your knowledge! 👍
Love your videos! Can you do this on a pellet smoker on high heat? Or would it be better to just do a low heat and high smoke instead of trying to roast them?
