Sauteed garlic mushrooms

Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lb white button mushrooms, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Instructions:
1. Warm the olive oil and butter in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat and cook the diced mushrooms for about 5 minutes.
2. Season with salt and pepper to taste, dry thyme and minced garlic cloves, and cook for about 10-15 minutes until everything is combined and cooked.
