How to Make Scotcheroos 

Here's how to make #scotcheroos, a Midwest favorite!
Ingredients:
6 cups: Rice Krispies
1 cup each of the following: sugar, light corn syrup, creamy peanut butter, semi-sweet chocolate chips and butterscotch chips
You can find all of these ingredients at Fleet Farm.
In a large saucepan, you’re going to heat the sugar and corn syrup until the sugar dissolves. Do not boil it.
Then you’re going to mix in the peanut butter and stir in the Rice Krispies. Spread the mixture evenly into a greased 9x13 pan.
For the topping, heat up the chocolate and butterscotch chips in 20 to 30 second increments… stirring in between… until it’s smooth. Spread the mix over the top.
Let the bars set, or speed it up by putting them in the fridge for 5 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
