The way to get that "distorted" sound is not distortion its compression. If u put an OTT on ur 808 and turn the bass all the way up and change the in and out IT FUCKS THAT SHIT UP SUPER HARD.

really good! it would be even better if you were to take the whole track as an mp3 or wav, put it in a channel and add more distortion. some may not like this but its a technique used in loads of xxxtentacion's songs
