Thanks for this guide but uh, that is NOT a furry and it's typically bothersome when people think it is. ( a fair enough try for "humans wanting to be furs") see it all too often. That is a _boy/girl. (example wolfboy, neko/cat girl etc.) a furry is a feral (saying it this way cuz people argue people are animals too) animals body that is in anthromorphic/bipedal form, kind of like a human but not. yours has a human body with animal parts on it. thats something, but not a "furry" just as having a casual feral animal (all 4s in its realtively natural state etc is not a furry by existence alone. its just a regular animal/feral oc.) i agree u go off too much on things that arent matching up to what you're telling us or what we wanna hear so thats a thing to work at.
A pretty good description but, like many, too wordy in explaining what you aren't doing. A good class won't confuse the students with what they will learn later. Otherwise an informative piece of info on making skins.
Well done tutorial. I enjoyed the quality of your video most of all. I've noticed most RU-vid tutorials have poor quality recordings making it difficult to see what the person is doing. Yours was clear and easy to see. I also enjoyed how you talked me through the demonstration. It was like having a teacher right at my side. Thanks for taking the time to share this. I learned a lot.
Or, what you can do for your eyebrows, change the opacity on your pencil tool or paint tool, do a few passes of black over your white eyebrows copy you edited eyebrow to the other one so they are symmetrical, and invert them. Problem solved o3o.
do all your work in 1024x1024 & reduce to 512x512 png non interlaced prior to upload if you want to try to squeeze that detail in without the heavy ram load at sims
Its like, I want to say "I am glad you enjoy this and show others how to do this" but I have to say its kind of creepy and I dont find the face appealing at all, but I guess this is just a sort of run through of how you approach it.... maybe I am sort of weirded out by it all.
i am following this step by step, i am a learner :) the part with the mouth is i assume the inner eyes socket?.....so far i am keeping up start stop all time lol...ty for this tutorial
Nice effort but way too rambling. If you just focused on what you were doing and explained it step by step it would be a big improvement. You defintely got talent.
I really enjoyed watching this video. You do a very good job at explaining and ive learned a ton about photoshop just from watching. I like how you explain and show by examples the different functions. Youre voice is very nice aswell. At least one person that doesnt sound completely unmotivated. Thanks for sharing this, you really encouraged me to try creating skins.
Thank you so much for this little "class" at long last solving the mystery of how to create skins! I've been in SL since 2008 and wanted to create a custom skin for myself for the longest time but could never find a tutorial that was this detailed and clearly explained. Even your "rambling" provides time to absorb the info. I've been using Photoshop for years and learned so many new tips and tricks on PS alone just from watching this tutorial! (I'll probably spend 7 hours working through it following along with it another time, but I'm looking forward to it. Just hope it works with Photoshop 7!) Thanks also for providing the highlight files on your website. So helpful! :)
Thank you for the video. I really enjoyed it. Heck I listen to 7 hours of videos by you. I have been trying to make stuff for over 10 years and its been major struggle. You covered areas I had never heard of and I was in SL during beta.
