how to make shaker cake topper for any party (without a cricut machine ) 

You can customise your shaker cake topper according to your party theme
for this project you will need:
circular cutter
paper card stock
double sided foam tape
square foam tape
scissors
acetate
sequins of your choice
paper straw / skewer
element to your choice to decorate your shaker- (dies/ any punch will be handy)
glue gun& glue stick
you can create this topper cake by using things that you have on hand .. I'm using all these tools just because it's easier and faster will making the video ..don't give up just use what you already have in your stash to b creative
