DESCRIPTION FOR SHAPALE:
SHAPALE is an authentic Tibetan food. It is now a days highly popular in South Asian countries as well. Shapale is mostly found in Nepal’s street and hugely enjoyed by the street food lovers like me. Hope you enjoyed this Shapale video recipe.

INGREDIENTS FOR SHAPALE (TIBETAN FOOD):
1/2 kg ground lamb meat
150 ml water or as per needed
200 gram all purpose flour (maida or you can also use normal wheat flour)
100 gram chopped baby bok choy. You can also use cabbage.
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
1 stalk green onion chopped (spring onions)
1 and 1/4 cup chopped onions (I used 2 medium sized red onion.)
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of salt, or to your taste
1 tablespoon redchilli powder
1 teaspoon of pepper
2 tablespoons of cooking oil
Some chopped cilantro/coriander
