Recipe :
Ingredients:
Eggs 4
Flour 8 Tbsp heap (100g)
Sugar 8 Tbsp level
Baking powder 1 Tsp
Vanilla essence 1/2 Tsp
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180°C/190°C /gas mark 4. Grease and dust cake tin(s) with flour.
Beat eggs very well until pale and fluffy. Now add sugar and beat together until it becomes creamy and add vanilla essence and beat well
Now swift the flour into a bowl along with Baking powder and fold in the eggs mixture in one direction clockwise.
Transfer to the prepared tin(s) and bake for 20-25 minutes until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean.
