Preparing Green Sand for molding
Preparing Frame for send filling
Filling Sand and locking Iron Bangle in first half of mold frame
sprinking Talcum Powder on mold sand
putting second half of mold farme and filling green sand to take full impression of bangle design.
fixxing sprue for metal
fixing sprue rod for metal pouring in to mold
melting pure silver and pouring in the sand mold
Removing Silver Cast bangle and removing sand
Cutting sprue runner and rod with sprue cutter
File and Polish the silver cast bangle finally.
