Более тупого применения высоковольтным транзисторам я еще не видел. А синус - так это только из-за дефектов. 555 таймер дает меандр. Ну или пилу, смотря откуда снимать. Мощность - это совокупность элементов. Вовсе не значит, что можно поставить "аццкие" ключи и мизерный транс. Легко можно заменить на IRFZ44 и тепла меньше будет. В общем как по мне так фтопку.
