Our cities' resources are poorly managed: from empty desks in buildings to finding empty parking spaces. If only we understood when and where these resources would be available the potential savings could be humongous. But how could we rollout the required sensors in an effective way? ** Bastiaan launches new ventures based on disruptive innovations.
