Super easy and classic. Ceesh (pitta) waa available in our house growing up and can be eaten for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also have it with any side dish of your choice!
Recipe down below:
4 cups of plain flour | 4 koob bur
1/2 cup sugar | 1/2 koon sokor
1tso salt | 1 Qaando cusbo
1 tsp yeast | 1 qaando leeybto
3 tsp oil | 3 qaando saliid
2 & 1/2 cup of water | 2 koob iyo bar biyo
you can add 1 egg for extra softness which is optional. hadad rabto 1 xabo ukun ku darso.
