How to make SPICY SCALLION SALAD! This salad or side dish is commonly eaten eat Korean bbq restaurants. Goes perfectly with grilled meats, fish, dumplings and hot rice!
Ingredients:
1 bunch of scallions/green onions
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp gochugaru or chili powder/flakes (you can add more or less to your desired spice level)
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp sesame oil
pinch of sugar
Instructions:
1. Cut the scallions in half then shred using a slicer or shredder. You can also find pre sliced scallions at some Asian markets if you prefer.
2. Add in all ingredients and mix well.
3. Serve as a side to your favorite dishes!
