I made it this week, used a little heavy cream instead of milk and fresh dill, added chicken and stuffed croissants and it was delicious! To all those who cant eat pork products you can just replace the 1c parm with another cup of mozzarella or gouda is also good
@@tysonromboui9117 Parmesan is an Italian hard, granular cheese produced from cow's milk and aged at least 12 months. It is named after the producing areas, the provinces of Reggio Emilia, Parma. There is no pork involved ;-)
@@tysonromboui9117 And if you talk about the rennet, real Parmesan cheese uses calf rennet ;-) (it cannot legally be called Parmesan unless it contains cows milk, salt and calf rennet.)

@@linett5297 Yes, I asked her she said she makes it in batches and reheats it when needed so I made this a night before and reheated it and it was as good as freshly made.

It looks fabulous but I'm looking for a way to use my 23 cans of spinach! Do you think canned spinach would work just as well if I squeezed out the moisture just like with frozen?

So I just made this and it turned out good but I could really taste the sour cream so I added extra ingredients to even the flavor out! Any tips for me next time???
