How to make spring rolls for vegetarians
VEGETARIAN SPRING ROLLS
MATERIAL
50g green peas (3 tbsp)
2 squeezed vermicelli
1 piece of large white tofu or (2 pieces of normal white tofu)
2 onions
1/2 onion (100g)
1/2 cassava root (100g)
1/2 small carrot (50g)
1 large cat mushroom (10g dried cat mushroom)
1/4 tall taro root (150g)
1/4 teaspoon salt (1/4 tsp)
1/2 tsp monosodium glutamate (1/2 tsp)
1 teaspoon sugar (1 teaspoon)
1 teaspoon vegetarian seasoning seeds (1tsp)
1.5 teaspoons pepper (1.5 teaspoons)
FRESH YOGURT VEGETABLES
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice (1/2 tbsp)
1 tbsp sugar (1 tbsp)
1.5 tbsp vegetarian fish sauce (1.5 tbsp)
3 tbsp water (3 tbsp)
1/2 tbsp chili (1/2 tbsp)
