Thank you for the very useful information. I've given up using the rice cooker for sticky rice. I always steam it with a steamer pot and a bamboo basket. Leftover, cold rice is broken up and resteamed the next day. I've never made sweet dishes with it. I like sticky rice with grilled meats and spicy jeow. Love seeing Judy in front of the camera!
