I love cooking striper this way but over coals so it gets that smoke flavor. I also don’t mess with the fake butter 😂.

LOL cholesterol free butter, and aerosol Inflammatory Canola Oil... Canada Oil Company, refined lubricating oil...nice. Filet looks good.
