Greetings, my name is Ki. Nice to meet you, very informative vid. I was wondering if you could help me a little bit further to get the template. I’m a beginner and I’m getting a little confused. I tried to get the template, but I’m not seeing it on the website. I purchased and downloaded templates off Etsy, but I’ve been confused on how to use them. The one you’re using seems a bit more useful.

@color me porcha how do you get the templates to upload to design space. I downloaded them but it keeps saying upsupported when trying to upload them. Any help would be appreciated thank you in advance

Try, taking a screen shot of the pdf and up load it as a png or jpeg (I have a PC so I use "snip it"). Then remove the background ground in DS so you're left with just the shape of the template.

Hi Edith, in this video I used Cricut Design Space. The other software I use is Canva. If you go to my videos tab you'll how I use each depending on what I'm creating. Best wishes ✨️

Hi porcha, whenever i download the template the camera part is black and the phone is white. So i can’t upload a pattern onto the case part. Any advice on how to switch it? Thanks!

Did you figure it out? Perhaps use the slice function over your pattern with the silhouette of the phone to get the shape you need.

I’ve purchase 4 phone case & 11oz Mugs templates from Esty but for the life of me how do I upload the phone case & Mug templates onto Design Space or silhouette so I can insert My image or design onto the phone case & Mug template ?

It depends on what format the templates are in. If they're pdf's, I remove the background and save them as pngs or jpegs. Cricut Design Space will accept that format.

Hello, I went to innosub and it downloaded three images, all on one page and with a black background. How do I get rid of the background and make it look like yours when I put it in the design space?

Hi! In the video I used the snipping tool to snip just one of the templates. From there I uploaded the image to Cricut Design Space and removed the background before I added it to the canvas. Hope that helps 😊

If the sublimation paper is used when printing the image, can a normal printer with normal ink be used?

No, regular ink and paper won't transfer correctly to sublimation substrates

Yeah, DS doesn't like PDF's. You could try, taking a screen shot of the pdf and up load it as a png or jpeg (I have a PC so I use "snip it"). Then remove the background ground in DS so you're left with just the shape of the template. I hope that helps😊

Np, so after you download the PDF from the website, open it up on your computer and take a screen shot from there. Then you can remove the background and you'll be left with a silhouettes of the band and case.

Hi! So, once I downloaded the PDF, I removed the background and saved it as a PNG, using a program called Clipping Magic, (but you can use any background removal app). That way, I was able to upload it to Cricut Design Space.
