THANK YOU!!!! at last a simple recipe, and someone that did not explain it like I am a total idiot and have to watch how someone stirs something for so long I lose intrest......keep it up
@chef I have a question, i saw in lots of recipes that they add an egg and bread crumbs for extra juiceness and to bind everything together, so if i wanted to put the meatballs in the tomato sauce , with this recipe of yours, would them fall apart?
Add some chillotes or onions in a sauce pans with oil. Add some garlic after the onions turn a little bit golden. Add blended tomatoes and wait till it simmers. Add the meatballs and let them cook inside well and absorb the sauce. Add a half a teaspoon of tomatoe puree and chopped coriander. Let it simmer for 5 minutes and it's ready. It's advisable to use the same sauce pan that you sauted the meatballs with. Remember, for beautiful meatballs the fat to meat percentage should be 10 to 90.
