I wish the baker had opened up one of the muffins - it seemed that the batter was over-mixed which would produce a tough muffin. I have decided to try the recipe anyway because I like the simplicity of it & I have two overripe bananas.

I made them… they were ok? They were doey in the inside.. they smelt nice and looked 👀 nice. Tasting it was a lot of flavour… but doey and stuck to the Cup cake paper lol 😂 but oh wow 🤷‍♀️ was fun making them. Thank you 😊 chef..

This is my second time making it, oh my God thank you for providing us with such a simple recipe it is so moist. If you add 1 more banana like I did that the first time I tried this recipe. My God it didn’t last no more than an hour yes just an hour thanks again
