Salt 4g/ 1tsp
Caster sugar 30g/ 2Tbsp
Milk powder 30g /3Tbsp
Instant yeast 6g /1 ½ tsp
Milk 320ml
Whole egg 30g (60g with shell, save rest for brush)
Unsalted butter (soften) 50g/4Tbsp
Mold size: 8.39” x 4.8” x 4.53”/ 20cm x 11cm x 10cm
Pre-heat oven to 356°F/180°C. Bake 20--28 minutes
