1 bar Butter (if using unsalted, add a pinch of salt)
3 large egg whites
3/4 cup white/granulated sugar
1tsp-1 Tbsp Vanilla

I tried your swiss meringue buttercream 😍 myghaaaad Miss Krisha 🥰 ang sarap po! Achivement sa akin to since first time kong gumawa ng buttercream 🥰 akala ko nung una failed kasi watery, yun pala masyadong malambot lang yung butter nung nilagay ko sa Meringue. Kaya nilagay ko sa freezer for 10 mins. saka ko minix uli. Ayun, success 🥰 Thank you Miss Krisha! 🥰🥰🥰🥰 May bagong pang benta na naman ako 🥰

Hi po Ms. KRISHA .. birthday ko po today kaya naman nag baked ako ng cake at SMBC ala Krisha yong ginawa kong frosting ng cake ko. Success po ako sa pag whipped nito at mamaya po ay titikman ko. Tama po kayo buttery tlaga pag walang cake na kasama pero masarap padin po. Excited akong tikman mamaya ang Cake ko with your SMBC Ms. KRISHA. Hi Ms. Krisha 😊 Ginamit ko itong recipe mo last January 3, 2024. Dahil may cake order sakin ang friend ko. Nung una hesitant pa ako na gamitin kasi may egg baka pumalpak ako hehe Pero nagawa ko 🎉 At ang saya saya ko, ganon pala feeling non pag may bagay ka na takot kang gawin. Tapos yung inner self mo sasabihin "de kayang kaya mo yan, mag tiwala ka." Magagawa mo nag tiwala ako sa sarili ko hahahahaha! Takot kasi ako mag kamali, dahil sa buhay ko puro pag kakamali. Nung last time kasi na sinubukan ko ito, wala ka pa atang YT channel non ang mga pinanunuod ko puro bakers ng Europe at sa US lang. So pumalpak talaga ako, kasi di ko talaga nasundan yung recipe siguro ng husto 😅 pero dito nagawa ko ng maayos, kalmado ko lang siyang ginawa. Try lang pala dapat ng try para ma achieve mo lahat ng gusto mo same sa buhay natin. Hindi tyao mag g-grow kung di talaga susubukan hane 💖 Ayun lang Ms. Krisha anyway 1 year ko na din gunagamit yung recipe mo sa Fondant. Mas nagustuhan ko recipe mo. Hopefully madami ka pa magawa na free recipe na pwede i-share sa ibang bakers din ❤ God Bless you Ms. Krisha 😊

Pinaka stable na frosting na natry ko. Almost 24 hrs na nakalagay sa room temp di padin natutunaw promise! Masarap sya at di ganun katamis perfect!!! Almost 10-12minutes sya gawin. Medium and high speed gamit ko i love it

Sa wala pong microwave ang ginawa ko para mas madali ay naglagay ng konting mainit na tubig sa isang bowl tapos ipinatong ko doon ang bowl na may buttercream. Hinalo ko lang ng ilang seconds hanggang sa matunaw na at nag darken ang kulay.
