Thank you for the tutorial! With combining the blade of this katana and the handle of one of your other ones, I was able to make a nice sword for my cosplay!

You can make it from A4 sheet and you if you mean fevicol glue, I don't really know. I have never used fevicol, so hard to say, maybe. Paper is just normal craft paper.

Yes, you need to wait to it cool first and then you can take excess glue off

If you use cardboard, don't expect it to be strong as steel. This one is good for cosplay

After building it, can you paint it and coat it with mod podge? I love this video, I dont want to buy one and thinking about doing it for a cosplay. ANd how long is the katana?

Yes, you can paint it if you want. Recommend that you check out my painting videos for tips. After painting you can coat it if you want. Don't know if mod podge will work, but you can try it to something else, before you try it on the sword

I use old cardboard boxes and craft paper. Almost all of my craft are made with reuse cardboard.

This version is surprisingly strong, if you use thick cardboard and a lot of hot glue. Good for cosplay

Just take your time and don't glue if you are not sure. Maybe use some tape when you are fitting pieces first time. Ofcourse you can do something easy at first
