My local takeaway used to do an amazing king prawn starter, but sadly the quality as dropped due to competition from the amount of pizza/kebab shops opening up everywhere, think a lot of the takeaways are cutting corners to keep up, and not always practical to get dressed up and go to a restaurant. I really appreciate the knowledge shared so people can make quality recipes at home. Cheers Faz
