HOW TO MAKE TAPIOCA PEARLS WITHOUT TAPIOCA STARCH

but this time i added cocoa powder and its kinda different on how I cook the pearls and the syrup.
How to make boba pearl or tapioca pearl
1. 3 1/4 tbsp of brown sugar and 3tbsp water
- in low heat dissolve the sugar, then turn off the heat.
2. Add 2tbsp of cornstarch
-remove lumps then put on low heat.
-let it thicken and turn off the heat.
3. Add 1/2 cup of All Purpose Flour
-try shaping it into a ball or mix it.
4. Knead until smooth
5. Shape it like a log then cut in 3 parts
6. Roll it, cut then roll into small balls
7. Dust with cornstarch. Set aside
How to cook the tapioca pearls or boba pearls
1. Boil 2 cups of water
2. Add the pearls and stir
3. Once the pearls start floating put it in low heat
3. Let it simmer for 20
4. After 20 minutes turn off the heat
5. cover and wait for 15 minutes.
6. Drain pearls
How to make the syrup:
1. 1/4 cup water, add pearls
2. Turn on heat, put on medium heat then add 1/3 cup of dark brown sugar.
- keep on stirring until the syrup thicken
