I bet this recipe works great for just regular fried chicken. Gonna try this one..good video. Doesn't last too long and she explained why she adds certain ingredients and spices.....awesome
Of all the gizzard recipes I've seen, this one got to be the best of all I will definitely try it this weekend,no doubt in my mind that I will hve to search for another gizzard video.
First time watching your channel and your chicken gizzard looks so good and delicious i love them too with hot sauce just couldn't cook them right they were always to tough and hard but the next time I will definitely use your step by step recipe for sure!
Most recipes put lemon , lime or vinegar in milk to make quick buttermilk. Drain then bread and fry. I noticed most use plain flour. I put some corn meal in breading. The boil method works unless you fry them until golden brown.
S Chisholm thank you so much for watching I appreciate it, yes they’re sold in Walmart buy them and make your own, make sure you boil them until they’re tender before frying unless you like it chewy
It may seems a lot but it wasn’t I’ve been cooking for over 20 years and I know how to judge it but I can see how it may seems like a lot but bear in mind that. Chilli powder, black pepper, cayenne and paprika are all spices which don’t contain salt so the seasonings that is on it with salt is the creole, sazon and chicken seasoning. Thanks for watching
@@Howwerowescook Thanks for responding. I use seasoning as well when I cook. When I seen you add seasoning to flour mixture, im like wait.. didn't she just season the gizzards.
I love gizzards. But the truth is there is not anyway to make them tender. Period. The method of boiling and then frying is a guaranteed method to make a nasty overcooked gizzard. Clean and fry them a be done with it.
@@angelboy8610gizzards are supposed to be tuff, that’s why I love them, if you went to any place that sells gizzard in the hood, like jj fish and chicken, it’s guaranteed that they don’t boil them, they just coat em and fry em and it comes out tuff and good as hell😩
