What's up, all? Today, we're back at Ballmer Peak Distillery in Lakewood, Colorado to learn how to make tequila from a still. We fermented a honey tequila using honey, agave, and honey malt and today we're running through a pot still to make tequila/agave spirit. This honey tequila recipe turned out so good! #tequila #distillery #moonshine #distilling #liquor #handcraft

It's very simple, just 1.5 gallons of agave nectar, 5.5 gallons of hot water, and a yeast of your choice on top for a 6.5 gallon tequila batch.

Its reposado, not resposado. Not that it matters because you're not making tequila, but at least you acknowledge that.
