Beautiful, now I know where Marion gets it from. My birth mother is Thai and she would often cook us sticky rice with dried meat in the middle. Thank you as always for these high quality videos. I will be making this soon and I'll post back how it turned out.

We make this in the Philippines as well but cooked differently. Instead of being steamed we cook the glutenous rice it like normal rice is cooked but we just substitute the water with coconut milk. And we pair it with hot cacao coffee drink.
