Thats exactly what I was thinking she is always dressed so cute and sometimes wearing white and doesn't get dirty at ALL! I can't even heat tortillas without getting something on me!!!

This is the best carne asada marinade ever !!! The carne asada was out of this world delicious !!! I did mine outside on my bar b que over hot mesquite coals !!! My neighbor and my roommate went absolutely nuts over how delicious it was !!! Thank you so much for this fantastic recipe !!! 💕

5/29/23: I made the meat yesterday, let it marinade for 4 hours and OMG, it was off-the-chain wonderful! Very flavorful and my family LOVED it. I didn't make the tortillas because I already had some, but one day I'll try it. It does make a difference to allow the meat to settle down for a few hours before cooking it. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe. It's the one and only for carne asada!

I don't comment often but this recipe looks really good. Not sure where to get California chili powder in Texas. Is it sweater or not hot? I think you might have less feeling in your fingers than I have. My kids call them my cooking fingers. Keep up the videos Ma'am - Love them
