Fabulous omelette Keith a real triumph and chorizo and eggs are best friends too😂😂😂🎉. Keithy lad I lived in Spain on and off for 5 years. My neighbour who was an elderly Spanish granny just to teach me how to cook simple Spanish comfort food for family and friends. I remember she gave me a top tip for cooking chorizo to make it extra special when cooked. The secret is to marinade it for 3/4 hours or preferably overnight in either red wine or sweet dark sherry with extra garlic and chopped up parsley stalks. You can then add this to omelette, rice dishes, stews and fideua ( it's exactly like paella but instead of rice use broken up pasta vermicelli pieces. The taste is amazing as the chorizo itself has so much flavour too and the booze just elevates it. In fact in some tapas bars they cook chorizo slices in red wine in little clay pots. You can have the spicy one or normal sausages. You should also try Spanish mushrooms cooked in sherry with garlic, parsley and a fresh cream. Served on a toasted baguette with a rocket salad with a dressing of your choice. 🎉🎉🎉🎉

Great vlog Kieth can’t beat a Spanish omelette I add some potatoes royals sliced thinly which I pre boil etc but that looked bang on mate 10/10 here 🏴🌈❤️ Nat has good taste and your getting better and better as a cook x
Don't understand why you took the contents out and then put the egg in and returned the contents after, surely just put the egg in with the contents no problem.
