Oh Mama! You girls make a macaroni salad like my sweet Mother did. My Mom added a package of Kraft deli American Cheese and diced it into tiny half inch squares...it really made it perfect. She put in diced dill pickle chips too. Not quite as much red and green peppers. Everything else was the same. Delish! Thanks for your beautiful program. I love seeing how dearly you two sisters interact. It makes my day.

I thought I was the only one who enjoyed pasta steam facials! 😂😂😂😂 It's how we stay young. We also are called to be the salt of the earth. 🙌 This is a yummy recipe...very close to mine. I use apple cider vinegar though, a dash of milk, and add some homemade buttermilk ranch dressing. For some extra spice, I also use some creole seasoning. Love your videos! Thank you!!
I like both the potato and macaroni recipes! I like to add ham, peas and carrots to the potato salad and chopped Artichoke hearts to the macaroni. Great add-one and taste. Thanks ladies! Lots of Love❤
Thanks Me I make it like that, but instead of whipped cream, I add sour cream, and I add cubes of cheese and cubes of ham, and broccoli and cauliflower in small pieces. with the rest of the vegetables you mentioned

Tip* You don't have to boil your macaroni pasta. Just salt your water as normal and put the pasta in and stick it in the fridge for about 2-2.5 hours. Pasta hydrates without cooking, plus it's already chilled. Drain the excess water then carry on. You can do this with any pasta. Enjoy!

Pasta is normally boiled by home cooks to speed the absorption process from dry to hydrated. I learned this from a greek 5 star restaurant owner who used 5 gallon buckets for all his different pastas. He would get the servings out as needed, and heated them up in a pan in boiling water while he was making the sauce. It went super fast. Faster than 9 minutes, would take him 3-4 minutes from start to plating the order. He served up around 120 pasta orders in his dinner service every day. All types, some chilled.

I make my macaroni salad just like you minus the celery seeds. I also add Old Bay and Steamed peeled shrimp. I hope you try it with the Shrimp it's so good.
