This is the same ingredients I use to make tortillas de harina and let me tell you that they are the best! Ingredients:
6 oz chicharrón (pork skin)
7 chile serrano
3 roma tomatoes
1/4 small white onion
2 garlic cloves
4 cups flour
3 tbsp vegetable shortening
3 tbsp lard
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 tablespoon baking powder
1 1/2 c warm water
1 serving of love 💕
