I noticed you used meat tenderizer. Is that because you didn't remove the membrane? If I don't have tenderizer, Does it make a difference to remove the membrane when frying these? I always remove it when I grill/bake ribs.
So am i ....today I'm soaking them in vinegar, onion and bell peppers...tomorrow I'm seasoning them up......I can't wait to try them....thx for the video

Was wondering did you take the membrane off the ribs were those baby back ribs and how long did you cook them did you say 15 to 20 minutes and what was the temperature on the grease maybe about 350?
Start off with 5 minutes. Cut close to the bone. You shouldn't see any red if you do fry them for another 5 minutes. But.. if your oil is hot enough these will fry within 5 - 7 minutes.
