I agree. Most tutorials have you remove from heat when the mixture is still dripping from the spatula. I prefer my eggs fluffy and thoroughly cooked. These directions are eggz-act 🥚👌

have you tried a tuna melt? just a grilled cheese but u do it a slice at a time and put tuna mixed with mayo on the other slice of bread as it's frying :) it's to die for!

@@moo339 use low heat first and gradually stir the eggs. If this doesn't work then very gently raise the heat while stirring the eggs. Medium low heat or no more than medium heat if using an electrical coil stove. The key is not too much heat, just mostly stirring yellow eggs until they become chunks and are scrambled.

Actually you are supposed to eat more for bkfst a little less for lunch and like a pauper for dinner to stay trim. But they convince you you need a big fat dinner before you sit around and do nothing then go to bed.

In culinary school, I was taught to crack open my eggs on a flat surface. Cracking them on the rim of the bowl makes it easy to get pieces of shell in the mix...

Exactly how I have been doing it for over 40 years. As a bachelor I had to learn how to cook for myself. Lots of trials and errors but in time one learns how to cook all sorts of things. Better to do it myself than to pay someone to do it for me and then not be satisfied. Besides, cooking can be fun and enjoyable and you don't have to get dressed up plus put up with obnoxious people, hate going out for a nice meal only to be ruined by others that do not have proper manners.

The butter is solid and sticky even under heat, what would happen after you eat it, and it gets into your blood? Still solid and sticky? Probably not, because it would be broken down by your body. But I would assume those larger molecules are hard to break down, and even after digest it is stickier than vegetable oil, that is butter heathy? Before I find it out, I wouldn't use it.

Now i rarely eat eggs so i also don't make them too often but i do make them for my kiddos. Im blown away by how fluffy you got them with out milk! I was always told if you want them fluffy use milk instead of water or vs. nothing This is helpful, thanks for the simple video

While milk/cream aren't necessary it gives it more flavor and adds a smoother texture, plus I think adding milk reduces the need for butter.

I live alone so tend to use a small saucepan and 3 eggs. I like mine just a little softer made with just a drop of milk on a couple slices of Harvest Grain toast
