If anyone’s wondering why she rubs the cucumber like that, is because they have a bitter taste. Rubbing the sliced end against it, releases the white foam that causes the bitterness. Love from Phoenix 🤗🤗💙
Claudia I have a request! Can you do a grocery haul of the staples you keep in your house?? And possibly how you plan out what you’re going to make for that week?
Omg no lie I did exactly how she said with all the seasonings I never used garlic salt or jugo Maggie. It was so amazingly GOOD!!!!!!!! I’ve been following her videos and making her food and my food has been coming out so good.
Every recipe of yours I’ve tried has been on point and I’m a beginner cook! I just was thinking to make this and 💥 boom... here you are, woman! Thank you lol you are the best!
I love that my parents are from Sinaloa coast. We eat shrimp, Ceviche, and coctel all the time. Although my mom is getting tired of making it so that’s why I am here! I wanna surprise her! 😊
So I’m making this today! First time makin ceviche! I already got my shrimp in the fridge 😋 Let’s see how it turns out!! Thank you for the easy amazing recipes I’m learning I’m 21 & I love amazing my parents with Dishes gotta feed my viejitos while I can 🙏🏼
Your videos are so comforting and great to watch. I am Mexican but did not grow up learning a diverse range of Mexican dishes. just a few traditional. so this is fun to watch and experiment in the kitchen myself. :)
It’s my favorite recipe I eat it all day. I have try to cook all of your recipes. All of your recipes are delicious but if you practice everyday it tastes even more delicious.
I have mine in the fridge right now....this will be the 3rd recipe I've made of yours ....reminds me so much of being back home in California...can't find much real Mexican food out here in Colorado
Friendly tip that no one asked but worth to know. I mix clam juice(find it in the can tuna isle) and tomato juice. (House made clamato without the food coloring and msg. 😃 By the way I love all your videos! You are a load of fresh crisp happy energy! Thank you.
Wow you really improved the way you make your ceviche the one you made 2 years ago looked more like shrimp cocktail this one is way better when I make mine I let it marinate with lime juice for at least 3 hours.
Ana Valencia I’ve noticed that some people’s ceviche is closer to a cocktel de camarón too. I think it might just be regional differences. Still good though.
I love youuuuuu and all your cooking!! I learned so many recipes because of YOU. Thank you for all you do and for teaching us your recipes!! You are the best!🤍 sending you well wishes and positivity all the way from California!!💕
Hey girl ceviche looks bomb.. have you tried it with a lil mayonnaise on the toastada and the ceviche on top?? I thought the first time I heard of it, it sounded crazy but its sooo good. If you haven't you should try it.
This is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE instructions! I try to look at other videos but I ALWAYS come back to this one and make it exactly! Taste SO SO SO SO SOOOOO GOOD!!! Thank you for your service! 🥹💞
Thank you for sharing. Awesome recipe, love how you mixed the chiles. If I may, just one little tip to help your chopping go super fast. Never lift the point of your knife, lift the back end of it and push down on the back of it, roll up your fingers like you're using your knuckles to hold the vegetable. That way you will never cut your finger when you are going super fast by not lifting the whole knife, just the back end of it. Happy chopping. Thanks again.
Mmmmmm looks so good. I struggle with the ketchup flavor. I’ve made it very similar but skipped the ketchup and it’s so good. The Clamato with all the lime juice mixes so well 😋
