Gees I wish I had this recipe when my granddaughter wanted a Strawberry Cake. I made one, probably not as good as yours. I have never seen strawberries in a tub. Thanks for all your hints

I have to share something that I found so funny. I’m watching this video of you making the cake. About the time you say add 1 cup oil because it makes it moist … my husband walks by the tv and says because Harold told her too. lol. I was shocked he knew Harold’s name. He says he not just another pretty face. 😂😂😂

A sheet cake is made on a cookie sheet pan . It’s a thinner cake. Love watching you and Harold!!

I use more Strawberries and whipping cream that has been stabilized for the frosting. I also use a springform pan to bake the cake, slice the cake into 3 parts and then frost each layer with the Stawberry whipped cream, ending with frosting the cake on top and all around the cake. (I double the amount of whipped cream frosting)
