01:07 Time management is crucial for balancing studies, events, and preparations in college. 02:14 Time management is essential for a better life 03:21 Make a list of important tasks and use Steve Covey's matrix for time management 04:28 Prioritizing tasks based on urgency and importance 05:35 Divide your day into 4 parts and prioritize important tasks 06:42 The law of Parkinson's says that the more time you give to your work, the more work you'll have. 07:49 Build consistency with a 7-day plan for effective time management 08:51 Consistency is most important in time management Crafted by Merlin AI.
There is another way to enhance consistency and that is journaling/diary writing. Writing down honestly of all your activities makes you self-accountable. This way when you will look at the graph/record of your progress/regress, you will want to gain a feeling of achievement. One thing to also do is, reward yourself with simple and little things. Like this, you would want to keep on want to achieve more and more on your task list. Just have self-control and be mindful of your priorities.
I don't know why but everytime when I write things to do in diary ..I will automatically never do those tasks in that day but if I only kept in my mind without writing down .I will surely accomplished that task by the end of day..this really happened all my life..and I don't know why 🙂
Please put minute links in description box ,it will be helpful to directly listen to important point. Attention span of all viewers are less ,it will increase your engagement and viewership. I also sometimes close your videos in less than 1 minute and leave it for next time, if links will be there a person can directly jump to relevant point to him/her. Please think about it. Overall your videos are amazing, and provide a lot of information. Thank you 👍

Hello didi, my first question is: On what basis we should divide our day, is it on the 4 quadrants? Secondly, how to adjust any task if we fail to complete it on a particular time or it exceeds our expectation?
Let me answer your question I may be wrong but allow me to explain it First: If you really want to be capable of becoming something in life we have to do time management , it is one of the important task we have to do to become successful. Based upon the video we should structure our day as per below list One :time matrix given by stephen covey second : parkinson law 3rd delegation Additional tip given Mam batching similar task If you have little bit of interest in the answer of my first question please reply me so we can be held discussion over your your second question

She: 1st day muskil hai, 2nd day jyada muskil hai, 3rd day aasan ho jati hai.... Me: 1st day muskil hai, 2nd day aur muskil hai, 3rd day I left that work... 🤣😂 & Searching for new ideas 💡
It is more intuitive than the Ankur Warikoo's Time management course , I am not against but this one is better, In 8 mins shraddha has put up all the necessary points . ONE THING that I will take away from this video is to divide my day in parts .
