I used to love Kaushal's lovely videos back when these weren't 15-17 minutes of ads before the actual video. I understand that it is a job and she got to do it which is absoloutely her right and it's her channel and her videos. But as a viewer I think I have a say in it which is very polietly - please, keep the promotional content short or at least towards the end. I was very disappointed that I had to bare with a 15 minutes long promotion of a mask and a tea and a shout out and then I was able to get to the actual video while I actually clicked to see the vision board thing. It felt like I mistakenly clicked the wrong video. I apologize if it hurts you in any way or you don't like my words. But this is how poor it made me feel.

Any tips for the visualization aspect? I'm not a really good when it comes to closing my eyes and visualizing things or situations... hence why I don't vibe with visualization mediations as well. Any tips would be helpful!

Try using your other senses to help, if you're having trouble is visualizing. Like Kaushal mentioned, smell (you can use a fragrance), but also taste, touch. And look at the items on your vision board if you're not comfortable with closing your eyes to visualise x

Maybe if for example u have a country u want to visit and it’s on the vision board, watch a video it’ll help w imagination! Watching videos of stuff you put will help, or saying it to yourself that you’ve achieved this that, the main thing is believe that u can achieve and it’s happened believe in urself and it’ll work out
