I don’t usually comment on RU-vid videos, but I just want to take the time to appreciate you and all you have done for me over the years I have subscribed to you. I have two parents that came from Mexico. I don't look like the usual brown Carmel skin with dark hair and brown-eyes girl. I have white skin and my eyes change between blue and green depending on what I wear. So because of that, I wasn't Latina enough. Along with being born here and I feel like your recipes keep me close to our culture. Recipes I will be able to show my son and daughter one day. So they too won't feel like they aren't Hispanic enough and keep our culture going for generations to come. I also love how you have different options from drinks to soups to desserts and so on it makes me challenge myself to try new things. And your steps are so easy that I end up Succeeding regardless of the options I choose. So thank you, you forever changed my life 🙏🏻♥️

I made this casserole and it was delicious! I used my cast iron skillet to prep the meat and veggies and to bake it in the oven. I will be using this jalapeno cream sauce on everything from now on : )

I just learned that in high heat it becomes a carcinogen. I’ve switched to single origin avocado oil. My favorite brand is chosen foods. You could also find it at Walmart.
