Hello, this is Chucky!
This time, I will introduce how to make an exquisite salad using bean sprouts and crab sticks, with a crunchy texture and the delicious flavor of crab sticks!
The seasoning for this salad is "ochazuke seasoning" and "wasabi"! It's also incredibly delicious, and goes well with rice and alcohol!

[Ingredients]
1 bag of bean sprouts
1 pack of crab sticks
1 bag of ochazuke seasoning
3g wasabi
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 pinch of salt
2 teaspoons of lemon juice
[How to make]
1. Boil plenty of water in a pot and add salt and lemon juice.
2. Once boiling, add the bean sprouts and boil for 30 seconds.
3. Drain and let cool naturally without exposing to water.
4. Mix the ochazuke base, wasabi, and sesame oil in a bowl.
5. Break up the crab sticks.
6. Add the bean sprouts and crab sticks to 4, mix, and chill in the refrigerator.

冷蔵庫で少しくたびれかけたモヤシはお湯に浸けたらいいですよね⁉️(程度によりますが)刺身に付いているワサビは冷蔵庫に入れておくと助かる事がありますね❗モヤシは庶民の味方ですね‼️バター(マーガリン)で炒めて醤油かけるだけで美味いっす‼️
