Full recipe: GLUTEN-FREE version
- 100 gramů moučkového cukru / 100 g of powdered sugar
- 280 gramů pohankové mouky / 280 g of buckwheat flour
- 200 gramů másla / 200 g of butter
- 1 sáček vanilkového cukru / 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 2 vajíčka / 2 eggs
- 120 gramů nastrouhaných vlašských ořechů / 120 g of ground walnuts
- péct v troubě na 160 stupňů na cca 30 minut / to bake in oven for 160 degrees for about 30 minutes
Full recipe - gluten version
- hladká mouka 300 g / all-purpose flour
- moučkový cukr 40 g / powdered sugar
- mleté vlašské ořechy 100 g / ground walnuts
- máslo 200 g / butter
- vajíčko 2 ks / 2 eggs
- vanilkový cukr (na obalení) 2 sáčky - 2 sachets of vanilla sugar

Nice video! It’s also interesting to find similarities between my Finnish and Czech. váha = vaaka (a scale). In one of your previous videos where you were talking about a statue you mentioned the word ”pusu”. We use the same word with the same meaning in spoken language.

That's really interesting! :D I tried to learn Finnish about 10 years ago because I liked the language so much , but sadly I gave up because I had no real connection to anything/anyone in Finland. Now I'm learning Czech(although I have no connections to there either, but the language is just so amazingly beautiful and also we're neighbours - I'm German) and I would never have imagined that there could be any similarities between Czech and Finnish! to be honest actually, when I heard Czech for the first time, I thought it sounded like a mix between Polish, Finnish and Romanian (all of them languages I started learning). Now I think it sounds completely different and very very unique. To me Czech and Finnish are the two most unique languages I've ever heard. But I would love to learn more about possible connections or similarities! :)) Oh and by the way - "váha" - "vaaka" - in German "Waage" xD

Are these what is called in Germany "Vanille Kipferl"? :D Looks very very similar! And if so - is the recipe originally Czech or German(or maybe Austrian)? Great video, thanks! :)) I will definitely bake them. I only would have wished the passages where you spoke Czech and there were only Czech subtitles, that there would have been some in English, too. But otherwise very nice video, as I said :D
