How to make the Ferris Wheel-Part 2 | Attaching seats to the standing frame 

This is the part 2 of how to make the Ferris Wheel from using cardboard, paper tape cores, bamboo chopsticks, and small markers. I used tape cores to cut half side of its top to make holes and look good. Tape cores were used to make seats for the Ferris Wheel.
