I'm definitely going to try this. Irish Taco Fries are really something else. I did my undergraduate in Dublin way back in 2005, and I clearly remember that Rico's (Portobello Dublin 2) had one of the best taco fries in Dublin.
I lived in Swords (Co. Dublin) for almost 15 years, and I can still remember the taste of the Taco chips from Mizzoni -so good after a night at the pub... 😋 Thanks for the recipe!
You are a legend lad! I can't get tacochips in Hungary, but I got really hung to it while I lived in Ireland. I use to ordered Blenders' tacosauce but since that sauce is only sold in Ireland, it got a bit pricey. You made my day boy! Keep it up!

love taco chips it’s not a bit Irish though it’s Mexican but I give ya that the tomato ketchup is pretty Irish and British for me it would be brown sauce or taco sauce from the bottle
