Lemon Curd 🍋 recipe 😍

This is my favourite lemon recipe and you can use it in n number of ways as a filling or just eat it by itself 😍

Ingredients-
4 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
1 whole lemon zest
90ml lemon juice
90g caster sugar
50g cold butter
.
If you’re using regular desi lemons instead of Italian lemons, then just mix some water in the lemon juice to dilute the sour taste! Otherwise it will be too sour!
