Today on Booze On The Rocks, we make an Aperol Spritz cocktail and two other variations. One is served at the PDT cocktail bar, and the other is my preferred version. All three of these have a zesty citrus taste and are bitter sweet. However, the PDT version is more citrus forward, while my preferred version is slightly softer. Method

.25 oz/7.5 ml Simple Syrup
