NEGRONI SPRITZ
.75 oz/22.5 ml Gin
.75 oz/22.5 ml Campari
.75 oz/22.5 ml Sweet Vermouth
1 oz/30 ml Orange Juice
3 oz/90 ml Sparkling Wine
1 oz/30 ml Soda Water
Method
1. Add the first three ingredients to the glass.
2. Add ice.
3. add the remaining ingredients.
4. Lightly stir.
5. Garnish with an orange slice.
