Perfect Ninja Gaiden recipe: - NG2 as the foundation - Reduced yellow essence and can only carry 1 of each healing item type - NG1 style UTs - Incendiary shuriken heavily reduced, nerfed or deleted altogether
My vision of the combat is basically snappy (as you said in the video) and less restrictive with different button inputs similar to Nioh and Rise of Ronin. 1. Seeing the different states of Ryu in NG3RE such as Standing, Running, Reverse Wind, Air neutral, Jumping forward, On landing, Sabaki, On wall, Off wall, Wall running, On water, under water, and Water running. I want to make the same animations switch into the common varying states such as On landing, Running, and Jumping. Basically press a button mid combo to cancel into a running, crouching/on landing, or a jumping/liftoff state. This means that Ryu can have a sprint button! 2. You actually bring good ideas talking about the ranged weapons. Making them more viable, chaining them into combos, and snappy. With my idea, I want the ranged weapons to grant mobility to Ryu's moveset as well such as the dive action to the bow (similar to the running shuriken move), a way to use the IS while running. Similar to Rise of ronin and Ninja Gaiden 2 sigma and Razors Edge. Ryu can be equipped with a main melee, secondary melee, main projectile, and secondary ranged weapon. 3. For ninpo, I actually liked the ninpo system from NG3RE, where ninpo can heal you after using them. One adjustment i'd make is the fact that with one full bar of Ki, I can use 5 Piercing void, 3 Wind blades, 2 Inferno, and 1 True inferno, rather than using them once and than having to refill them again. I actually miss the old ninpos of NG1. Maybe we can have a new ninpo where Ryu can summon a partner ai.clone of himself like the NES, a ninpo where Ryu has hyperarmor and cannot be interrupted by any attacks, or a dedicated healing ninpo that can heal ryu instead of the meditation. 4. For weapons, I actually like the amount of weapons with different movesets in NG1. Maybe NG4 can allow the player to customize Ryu's moveset similar to Nioh 2.
@@twilight_mourner1865 yeah! Like a quick ninpo move witch you could use mid combo would be a good way to put it, plus he uses it mid air sometimes too like in the cutscenes would be awesome, more like this could also be added, like this spinning fire move he does with his hands in the most recent dead or alive game
My ideas for NG4 are: 1.Add 3 Modes named: -Hero: For casuals and New players. -Master: For veterans and for those who love Challenges. -Ultimate: Only ment to be played for those who are wicked enough to endure the hardships. And with each mode individually having 7 levels of difficulty Being: -Easy -Normal -Hard -Very hard -Master Ninja -Ultimate Ninja -Ninja God 2.Adding a hidden challenge in the in Ninja Trials Which can only be unlocked after you complete all of the trials on Master Ninja and a special cinematic will appear saying "You have done well now go to the main menu your final challenge awaits". 3.Make Fiend Hayabusa Canon: Ryu can transform into his fiend form and transform back into his human form at will and depending on what weapon his Fiend form has he will be stronger and destructive for example: the Eclipse Scythe or Emmas Fang. Or he will be lightning fast if hes holding for example: the Dragon Sword,Falcon Talons,Vigorian Flails, etc 4.Make the combat feel way more fast like making the Game a little bit more responsive for example if you fail to land a Flying Swallow Ryu will be vulnerable for around 3 to 5 seconds so the idea is that Ryu will be able to move again after 1.5 seconds have passed after failing to land a flying swallow. 5.IF possible add a Mod Tool for the Game so that anyone can add Bosses,Mechanic's,Cinematics, etc.
Unfortunately the mod support is probably not gonna happen. The whole industry is moving away from mod support and Japanese developers have almost never traditionally supported modders.
@@cajs100 I would have made every mode and difficulty be selectable when you start the Game but it is interesting to use the same formula that itagaki used for NG black.
@@VenomKanye connect the dots. doa6, Master collection, ryu hayabusa figurine announcement, rise of ronin. Rise of ronin has a lot of ng concepts so it might be a warm up for a new ng.
@@zSenzy face the facts. Doa6 flopped and vastly hated. Master collection? You mean the hayashit collection. Rise of ronin is already forgotten by now just like any other soulslike copycats and the fact that it didn't do that well says a lot abt team ninja. Admit it, they're lost and creatively bankrupt. The good old days are already gone and it's never coming back
@@VenomKanye maybe you don't know but in the master collection NG3RE trials got fixed. So it's a new game. Team ninja fixed something in that 2012 game in the collection. They didn't abandon ninja gaiden. Not to mention the 4k releases on series consoles for black and NGII.
@@zSenzy they didn't fixed ninja trials at all. All they did was nerfed the bosses in UN ninja trials so that it could be fair to play it in solo bc they removed the unknown ninja feature. The xbox enhanced patch of ngb and ng2 happened bc it was an xbox exclusive and it happened around 2018. Most of the og xbox and 360 exclusives got the xbox enhanced patch in 2017-2019 (I think)
1. Actual good boss battles. The original 3D NG games had none. They were decent at best. You're just lying to yourselves if you think the greater fiends, Genshin, Alma, Doku reached greatness. Gigadeath and the Worm Queen are some of the worst bosses in gaming. 2. Do not make us play a new character mid-Ryu campaign because all it does is break the pacing. Ayane, Rachel, Momiji deserved their own levels and more varied movesets. 3. Metroidvania style level design like NGB but enhanced further. 4. They had the right idea with RE's combat design but the enemy design leaves a lot to be desired. Make good enemy design this time and with more variety. 5. Sky-city Tokyo will always be the perfect theme for a Ninja Gaiden setting. Focus on that kind of setting. 6. Bring back Essence and healing items but its much, much more limited. Keep the Steel on Bone mechanic but reduce or just straight up delete the Simon Says attack. 7. NO STAMINA BAR
